7. Client Obligations

The client shall:

• Provide accurate drawings, project details, and specifications.
• Ensure site readiness, access, and safety compliance for our teams.
• Obtain statutory clearances, permits, and approvals (unless otherwise agreed).

8. Quality & Safety Standards

• We follow industry standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.
• Defect liability or warranty periods will be clearly mentioned in the project agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

• All technical documents, drawings, and reports remain our property until full payment is made.
• Clients may not reproduce, share, or use these materials for other projects without prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from:
